Self-education” we would like first of all to pay attention to the fact that professional self-education is the most important factor of effective activity of the organization in the conditions of market relations. It is conditioned by the fact that in market conditions those organizations win, which use all internal reserves of development, improve their equipment, technologies, management systems in order to be ahead of competitors.
One of enough effective ways of increase of innovativeness and competitiveness of the organizations is motivation of managers to increase the level of theoretical and practical education, and also to self-education, as the important factor of formation of new culture of the firm, focused on quality and success.
The main condition for realization of the need in acquisition and formation of deep knowledge in firm employees about economic processes and regularities of economic development is purposeful systematic activity of employer and specialists on training and professional development of their employees and their retraining. It is no secret that the heads of production units and economic services, and even more so the heads of firms, can not master the entire volume of knowledge and the necessary amount of practical skills, which are given in the process of professional training. It is impossible to achieve the necessary level of qualification without being trained.
Therefore, it is necessary to purposefully conduct systematic work to improve the qualifications of employees:
according to the developed programs of training and retraining;
jointly with the educational institutions;
independently;
Using their own work as trainees.
The modern period of Russia’s economic development is characterized by the following specific features. First of all, it is an increase in the number of processes in all spheres of the economy. Already formed new approaches to such processes as: improvement in the field of management, marketing, modern means of communication, finance and business; creation of a competitive environment; strengthening the role of the state in the economy; increasing costs for the creation of new enterprises.
Continuous improvement in the educational and scientific fields requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process, namely: reducing the number of students, the transition to a qualitatively new level of its organization, the active use of information technology and telecommunications. The shift of cultural and aesthetic values from the theoretical to the practical level, a sharp change of priorities in the activities of organizations and enterprises, one way or another affect the development of the problem of professional training, retraining and advanced training.
In today’s economic space there is a great danger that the knowledge that was obtained in the process of training can be lost and not implemented in real activities. Consequently, the primary goal of any educational process is the transfer of knowledge.
As it is known, the content of training on any subject is a content-information system, which includes three main components: 1) normative material, 2) methods and techniques of training, 3) ways of the organization of educational process.
